Orders
paid by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) are priced in Canadian currency,
but are billed in local currencies at the exchange rate in force at the
time
the credit card transaction is
processed.
Shipping for all orders is by ordinary post. 10% is
added to cover shipping costs.

form, fill it out, and mail it
with payment and shipping information
